PROCESS - "How we do it."Introduction1.5hr free consultation with the building manager to discuss your requirements, budget and an estimated cost shall be given. If the cost estimate falls within your budget, photos and preliminary measurements will be taken of the existing space to be renovated. DesignPreliminary plans will be submitted to the client along with a proposal for design and documentation with an order of engagement for the client’s approval. ConsultationOnce the deposit has been received a consultation will be arranged to discuss in detail: interior design, engineering and architectural drafting as required. We will also do a complete site measure of the existing structure. A planning permit assessment will be given to fullfill the relevant council requirements, and advice given as needed to assist with the design. ApprovalWorking drawings, interior design concepts and final costing will be presented to client upon final payment of the drawing documentation stage - at which point all drawings and design concepts are the property of the client. ContractsClient taken through building process. Building contracts and drawings signed by all parties with start and completion dates confirmed. Pre-commencementFinal drawings to be engineered if required. Application for Building Permit upon completion of engineering. ConstructionUpon starting on site work areas are covered and sealed off to protect all belongings and furnishings. The building manager will maintain our standard of quality workmanship throughout the construction period. The building surveyor will make scheduled inspections of critical stages during the building process. CompletionThe building manager ensures the project is thoroughly cleaned and ready for handover. The client and building manager check all work to ensure completion is to the high level we pride ourselves in. |
