PROJECTS - "What we’ve done."
Project 1
Details:
The building process consisted of the removal / demolition of an existing powder room and the creation of a shower room with vanity toilet. The additional space needed was gained by demolishing the external wall and building out into the existing courtyard. During the design process consideration had to be given to natural light and to an elderly resident of the home. Placing the window up high in the shower room produced not just clean lines, but the required natural light. We also incorporated a drying bench seat and towel rack above. The use of floor to ceiling tiles helped ensure a luxurious look.

Project 2
Details:
This project consisted of the renovation of the bathroom and ensuite. During the design process we found removing the dividing wall between the separate toilet and bathroom best utilised existing space, and also allowed more natural light. The use of wall hung toilets and frameless glazing to the showers also enhanced the space usage. Niches were employed for storage and ease of movement whilst in the shower.

Project 3
Details:
This project would be considered a major renovation as most of the interior of the home was demolished back to the framework. Most walls were re-plastered and all surfaces were re-finished. From a design perspective the client was after a modern streamlined look with muted tones and strong highlight feature colours. Open plan was used through the new kitchen design and meals / family area. Removal of the study enabled substantial changes to the entry and also allowed additional space to the existing bedrooms.

Project 4
Details:
This project involved renovating a first floor apartment. The design focus was to achieve both a classy modern style and practical function for the client. Effective in achieving this were the floor to ceiling tiles, frameless shower screens and quality chrome fixtures. A major success factor for this renovation was completing the project in a timely fashion, in support of our clients’ busy lifestyles.
